There is often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. I work with with women and kids to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances. Whether it is weight loss or weight management, managing a dietary condition, fitness plans or developing a healthy relationship with food, Your Health and Wellness Concierge offers a variety of services and packages designed to meet your needs.
I offer 3 options for my clients that can be customized to your needs. I work primarily with woman and with children up to 14. My passion lies within helping train kids (and parents) to understand the choices they are making today will be with them them their entire life. Making lifestyle changes with fitness, eating and thoughts about food will set them up for success their rest of their lives.
Learn the Basics
This is a 30 day program which includes an initial information gathering phone call about 20 minutes, a 1 hour phone or in person consultation for the plan for the month. Included will be recipes, exercise prescription, behavioral change suggestions and depending on the areas of focus additional information. Email and phone support throughout the 30 day period as needed.
12 Week Transformation
This is a more intensive plan designed for those that need the motivation and accountability. This program will begin with a 20 minutes information gathering phone call followed by a 1 hour in person or phone consultation. Based on goals we set you will be prescribed an exercise program with an app for accountability which will be monitored by me. Depending on the ares of focus you will be given information and tools to help you move through the process and recipes to make the most out of what you will learn. This program will also include 1 months worth of meal plans based on your preferences. We will also meet or talk at the end of each 4 week period to see how you are doing and make any adjustments to the program that may be needed. This program also comes with email and phone support throughout the program as needed.
Motivation, Accountability and Dedication. This is my 6 month signature program which includes everything in the 12 week program plus a weekly in person or phone consultation for the first month then every 2 weeks there after. The MAD program is designed for those that need the “push”, to know someone is always in their corner through good days and bad. Unlimited phone/ email support for the duration of the program. Also included is a second month of meal plans.
